According to People magazine, the country superstar's marriage was formally ended by a court in Switzerland this week. She has yet to remark on the story.
Twain was apparently seen with fresh boyfriend Frederic Thiebaud at a Red Cross ball in the country final week.
Her happiness positively shone through. They are a great addition to each other's lives, her friend Stephane Lagonico - who organized the ball - is quoted as saying.
Twain, who split from Lange following 14 years of marriage, recently served as a guest mentor on American Idol and helped judge through the season nine auditions.
